"Services" means IT support, cyber security, monitoring, and related services provided by DS Business Hub Ltd.
We provide managed IT services on a reasonable endeavours basis.
Response times are targets, not guarantees unless agreed in writing via SLA.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We are not liable for breaches outside our control.
Unless explicitly included in your service agreement, responsibility for backups remains with the client.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS Business Hub Ltd shall not be liable for:

Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
