📞 Need IT support? Call us: 01206 690045

IT services, properly delivered.

Whether you need someone looking after your IT every day, or you've got a specific project that needs sorting — we cover both.

Two ways to work with us

Ongoing support or one-off project?

Most clients want both — full-time IT cover plus occasional project work. But you don't have to commit to anything beyond what you actually need.

Most popular

Managed IT Support

We become your IT department. Day-to-day support, security, Microsoft 365, monitoring, the lot — all for one fixed monthly price per user. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no "out of scope" charges for routine fixes.

For businesses that want IT handled without thinking about it.

One-off Projects

A specific deliverable, scoped and quoted upfront. Microsoft 365 migrations, network installs, office WiFi, cyber security audits — built to a defined scope, with a clear timeline and fixed price.

Managed IT services

What's covered when you're on a plan

Three core service areas, all included in every managed support plan. Different plans get different levels of depth — see the pricing page for the breakdown.

Managed IT Support

Your team gets reliable IT support whenever they need it. Most issues are resolved within the hour — printer playing up, laptop won't connect to the VPN, email looks suspicious — without anyone having to wait on hold or fill in a complicated ticket form.

  • Phone, email & in-app support
  • Same-day resolution on most issues
  • Device monitoring & patching
  • Software installs & updates
  • Joiner / leaver provisioning
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Remote & on-site support
  • Monthly health reporting
Best for: Any business where staff need to be productive every day and can't afford to lose time wrestling with technology.

Cyber Security

A full security baseline applied across your business — email protection, endpoint security, password management, backups, and (on Premium) staff awareness training. Continuously monitored, properly documented, and explained in language your team can actually understand.

  • Email security (Proofpoint)
  • Endpoint protection (Bitdefender)
  • Password management (Keeper)
  • Backup monitoring & recovery
  • Multi-factor authentication setup
  • Security policies & documentation
  • Staff awareness training (Premium)
  • Incident response if something goes wrong
Best for: Anyone handling client data, finances, or anything covered by GDPR, professional indemnity, or cyber insurance requirements.

Microsoft 365 Management

Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive — all properly configured and actively managed. Users added and removed cleanly. Licences right-sized so you're not paying for empty seats. Security policies enforced behind the scenes so your team gets on with their work.

  • Email (Exchange) configuration
  • Teams setup & management
  • SharePoint & OneDrive
  • User & licence management
  • Mobile device policies
  • Conditional access rules
  • Joiner / leaver workflows
  • Tenant-level security hardening
Best for: Businesses already on M365 (or planning to move) who want it run properly rather than left to drift.

Project services

One-off work, scoped and quoted upfront

Project work is available to any business — you don't need to be on a managed support plan. Each project is scoped before we quote, with a fixed price, defined timeline, and clear deliverables.

Microsoft 365 Migration

Move your business email, files, and collaboration tools to Microsoft 365 — properly. Email migrated without losing messages, files moved without disrupting your team, and security configured from day one rather than bolted on later.

  • Email migration (any platform)
  • File & folder migration to OneDrive
  • Teams setup & channel structure
  • SharePoint sites for shared work
  • Tenant security configuration
  • Staff training & documentation
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks depending on size. Typical use case: moving from Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, or a poorly set-up M365 tenant.

Network Infrastructure

Professional network design and installation for offices that need reliable, secure, properly-segmented connectivity. CAT6/6A cabling, enterprise switches, firewalls, and access points — installed cleanly and documented thoroughly.

  • Site survey & network design
  • CAT6 / CAT6A cabling
  • Enterprise switches (Ubiquiti)
  • Firewall & security appliances
  • VLAN segmentation
  • Documentation & handover
Typical timeline: 1 day for small offices, 1–2 weeks for larger sites. Typical use case: office moves, fit-outs, or replacing kit that's been "working OK" for too long.

Office WiFi Design & Install

Proper office WiFi that doesn't drop, doesn't have dead zones, and doesn't grind to a halt the moment your team gets on a Teams call. Designed around your office layout, installed with enterprise kit, and segmented so guest devices can't see your business network.

  • WiFi heatmap & coverage planning
  • Enterprise access points
  • Separate guest network
  • Per-device authentication
  • Bandwidth management
  • Centralised monitoring
Typical timeline: 1–2 days. Typical use case: consumer-grade routers struggling with a growing team, or new offices being fitted out.

Cyber Security Audit

A structured review of your current IT and security posture. We look at your devices, accounts, email setup, backups, and policies — then write up exactly what's working, what isn't, and what we'd change first. Useful for cyber insurance renewals, GDPR readiness, or just figuring out where you stand.

  • Microsoft 365 / Google security review
  • Endpoint & device review
  • Backup & recovery check
  • Account & access review
  • Risk-prioritised report
  • Remediation roadmap
Typical timeline: 1 week from kickoff to report. Typical use case: renewing cyber insurance, preparing for an audit, or quoting your existing IT team's work against an external review.

Who we work with

Built for the businesses we know best

We work with businesses across most sectors — but the ones we know inside out are the ones below. Different sectors, similar problems: client data, compliance requirements, and IT that needs to actually work.

Accountants & finance

Client financial data, HMRC submissions, year-end pressure. We understand the compliance and security expectations — and the workflow tools you're already using.

Professional services

Solicitors, consultants, agencies. Confidential client information, tight deadlines, and a low tolerance for IT getting in the way of billable work.

Trades & construction

Site teams, mobile workers, project files that need to follow the job. We build IT setups that work on rough sites as well as in offices.

Common questions

Things people ask before they get in touch

Do I have to be on a support plan to get a project done?

No. Project work is open to any business — you don't need to be on a managed support plan to get a Microsoft 365 migration, network install, or audit done. Many clients use a project to test how we work before deciding whether to move their ongoing support to us.

What if I want a service you haven't listed?

Get in touch. The services on this page are the ones we deliver most often, but we cover most areas of business IT. If it's outside our core scope, we'll tell you upfront — and we'll usually know someone reliable who can help.

Can we move from another IT provider mid-contract?

Yes — most clients come to us partway through a contract elsewhere. We handle the transition cleanly, including coordinating the handover from the previous provider. We'd rather have you joining us at the right time than rushing it because of a contract date.

What about hardware — do you supply and install it?

Yes. Laptops, desktops, servers, networking kit. We supply at trade prices (passed through at cost on managed support plans) and handle delivery, setup, and asset registration. We'll always tell you whether buying new kit, refurbished, or repurposing what you have is the better call.

Do you do out-of-hours support?

Out-of-hours emergency support is available across all managed support plans, with response times that match your plan level. Premium plan clients get priority response 24/7. For project work, out-of-hours installs and migrations can usually be arranged to avoid disrupting your business.

How do you charge for project work?

Each project is scoped against a clear set of deliverables and quoted as a fixed price, with milestone payments for larger projects. No hourly billing, no creeping scope, no "this took longer than expected" surprises.

Can you work with our existing software?

Probably yes. We focus on Microsoft 365, Bitdefender, Proofpoint, Keeper and Ubiquiti as our preferred stack — but we work with most mainstream business software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, line-of-business apps, sector-specific tools). If we don't know it, we'll say so upfront.

Are you Cyber Essentials certified yourselves?

Yes — and we help clients get certified too. Cyber Essentials is increasingly a requirement for cyber insurance, government contracts, and tenders. We can either prepare you for certification or run the assessment as a project.

Not sure what you need? Let's talk.

30 minutes on the phone, no obligation. Tell us what you're working with, what's not working, and we'll tell you whether we can help — and how we'd approach it.
